#MINI-MAS| Toned Upper Body Workout for Party Season


Who doesn't want that killer body for party season? Get filter-free photo ready this month with a beginner-friendly workout routine featuring some strength and toning moves. 


I love the combination of yoga and muscle building. I've been doing this for about three weeks committed and have seen great toning in my upper body. If you go hard, it'll pay off. I couldn't  even do a proper push up a few weeks ago- and that's coming from someone whose pretty much been inflexible her whole life. This thing really works.



So, go ahead and try a few of these moves every day, increasing in reps and length as you get stronger.

Remember to warm up and stretch properly before you attempt anything particularly for poses like Namaste. You don't want to rock up to that Christmas party in bandages!
